IPS Supported Employment
IPS Supported employment focuses on assisting participants in learning skills essential to job searching, resume writing, interviewing and computer literacy. Staff also works to establish partnerships with companies and businesses in the community for the development of employment opportunities for clients.
IPS Supported Employment is zero tolerance. All individuals are eligible to be served. Our employment rate is 60%. One CHS believes everyone deserves a second chance. Through several programs and services, IPS Supported Employment assist Veterans and individuals with I/DD and mental health challenges.
The Supported Employment staff match the businesses’ needs with the individual’s abilities, provide on-site and off-site job coaching, and maintain on-going contact with both the employer and the employee.
